Sunday Funday: Minneapolis Edition

Due to The Grand Budapest Hotel not playing in our area tonight, my husband and I have a babysitter for a few hours tonight and nothing planned. Help us devise an alternative plan.
We live in NE Minneapolis and have the sitter from 6 until 10ish. Dinner, entertainment, shopping, and activity-based outings are all on the table. We are currently on vegan diets. We'd like to keep costs down to about $60 for the evening, but could flex that amount somewhat.
Our interests could probably be pretty accuracy deduced from the facts that the original plan was to see the newest Wes Anderson film and that we have a 9 month old and a 2.5 year old at home. So, we're those kind of people. What should a couple of exhausted, aging hipsters do on a Sunday night in or around Minneapolis?

The Wind Rises and Stranger by the Lake (which has graphic gay sex) are playing at the Landmark Lagoon.

1. Vegan Donuts at Glam Doll, fancy cocktails at Icehouse or Torpedo or Eat Street?
2. Dinner and pervy shopping at Lyn-Lake?

Depending on exactly where NE you are, it could be a short trip to the Bulldog, which has vegan options including a vegan pizza. Follow that up by a stroll over the Stone Arch Bridge, and maybe Mill City Park if the warm weather clears enough snow off the paths (last time I was there last week it was still pretty deep).
If you're into this sort of thing, there's a show at Bryant Lake Bowl tonight that looks pretty interesting and mildly hipster-ish. Follow it up with some bowling.
Enjoy the warm weather!
