Great psychiatrist in Manhattan, NYC?

I am looking for recommendations for a good psychiatrist in Manhattan. It would be superb if this doctor was in-network for Oxford, but it's not absolutely necessary (and seems very hard to find).
I'm looking for someone who is not only very smart but also kind, empathic, and communicates well. It would be better if this person were young and energetic enough to have read up on the latest treatments for ADHD and anxiety disorders and not just be relying on what s/he learned decades ago.
It would also be fantastic if this doctor chose the specialty of psychiatry because s/he was actually interested in it rather than because it was the easiest way to obtain a license to practice medicine in the United States (my mother, for example, saw a psychiatrist who was actually an orthopedic surgeon in his native Ukraine. He treated her emotional problems as if they were broken bones.)
It would be wonderful if this doctor also had some sort of understanding that the mind-body problem is a philosophical question about the ineffable rather than a technical question that will someday easily be answered by looking at MRI results, but I realize that that's probably too much to ask.
Thank you.
