How to convert photographs into famous paintings

What is the website that one can upload a photograph and convert that image into what looks like a famous painting (Modigliani , van Gogh etc). I recall it used some type of face recognition software algorithms.

Best answer: This software from NYU's Media Research Labs seems to do what you want. Here are some examples.

I haven't tried it though.
