Piping on SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey seems to be unable to handle more than a few piped items per page. Support is saying they can't help. Is there a way that I can fix this within SurveyMonkey, or can you recommend a secure, free/cheap alternative?
I'm trying to use SurveyMonkey (gold account) for a survey that requires a lot of piping. Participants are asked to enter 10 names and these names are piped multiple times into each subsequent page. This is causing a big lag in page load and sometimes causes the survey to revert back to the first page. SurveyMonkey support tells me that there's nothing they can do. I've tried to minimize the amount of piping to each page, and it seems like even just having 10 things piped to that page risks breaking the page, even for people with strong connections. I don't think I can reduce the piping any further. I need to post this survey ASAP and really don't have the time to code it by hand.
1) Is there anything that I can do within SurveyMonkey that will help with this? (long shot, but figured I'd ask)
2) What other platforms can you recommend that are comparable to SurveyMonkey in terms of security and ease of survey design?

Looking into piping, it looks like you'd use conditional questions.
