Plugin for Archiving Outlook Email to Windows Explorer

Easy way to rename and move Outlook emails to Windows folders?
At a previous company I worked for, the IT department had installed a plug-in button into our Outlook software to help us easily archive our emails into their relevant project folders in Windows.
When you select a message and click the button, a dialogue box appears where the user can select the destination folder, as well as modify a number of archiving settings. Amongst other things, the plug in is able to automatically rename the message to a user defined naming format, such as "YYMMDD_XXtoYY_SUBJECT.msg". The user is also able to set whether the message is deleted from Outlook following the archiving.
What is this plugin and where can I find it?
Thank you.
