Web annotation for Macs

Is there a program for Macs to let you draw circles and arrows on a web page?

There are windows-based solutions in this answer, one of which works for me, but I have a colleague who's a Mac-person.

That's a really strange question. I think what you mean is that you want to be able to share the changes you make to a web page with (at least one) other user in real time

If you just want to draw on a web page, you can just take a screen grab and mark it up in photoshop, or your favorite graphics editors.

I think WebEx allowed for this. Otherwise search for 'screen sharing' and 'markup' and maybe 'workgroup' or 'collaborate', 'collaborative', or 'collaboration'

alternatively, like delmoi suggests, you could use a tool like DeskTastic and then (if you're using Tiger) print the image, then click 'email PDF' from the PDF menu, and send the image in an automatically generated email message.
