Does anyone remember a website that you could download software and mark up exsisting websites? It had a pen and highlighter tool along with a sticky note feature.
There was another service called eQuill that was really keen, but it also went out of business.

Was it e-quill? It's been sold to Microsoft.
The A9 toolbar allows you to leave notes on a web page.

E-quill is the one I was thinking of as well. I remember reading about it here. It was a fun toy.

I miss you eQuill.
Now that MSFT owns it, it'll never come back. They just bought it to get the IP and will roll out some proprietary extension to Office 2k9 that will be half as good and not as good looking...
