I need a good copy of this photo of Neil Young

At some point in the mid-late 80's, someone snapped a pic of Neil Young wearing an Antone's nightclub shirt. The only version I can find on the internet is very low res & without attribution.
Here is the low-res copy I was able to locate via google image search. I would firstly like to find the photographer himself so I could buy an actual print, but otherwise would love to obtain a good high-res copy of this for my archives by whatever means possible. Danny Garrett, the artist who created the Jimmy Reed design for Antone's nightclub, also has no idea who took the photo & would like one for his collection, too.
