Where can I buy a "terror threat level" indicator for the home?
Inspired by the one I saw on "American Dad" (seen here), I'd like to get a threat level indicator for the home, preferably for the fridge. Has anyone seen something like this for sale?

Response by poster: If I could get an indicator that actually had Elmo & co on it, that would be even better!

1. Make one of cardboard; color as needed.
2. Glue magnet advertising local plumber on back.
3. Stick to refrigerator.
4. Set needle to reflect your impression of the threat.

home & garden? Heh.
But technically can't the threat level be different for different cities and facilities? And aren't they also trying to phase out the threat level system entirely?

Not quite for the fridge, but the Ambient Orb will do the terror threat level as I recall.

that ambient orb looks kindof neat, but WAY too expensive, i have an LED mousepad that is similar only it doesnt get commands from the computer but it was only like $15 dollars, not $150.
Has anyone made a ripoff version thats cheaper?

Off topic: thought the terror level purpose is to inform "certain employed people", not the general public, just through it. With that, it seems you would have one already.

Here you go. Free!
Just buy an internet-ready fridge or other major appliance and hack a browser into it. Make it FireFox. Set it to autorefresh.
