Orange Senegal APN & Internet pack

Does anyone have the settings for internet on Orange in Senegal?
What are the APN settings?
Is there an internet pack I can buy?
This is no good to me now but there shuold be an app out there with a massive database of settings that you can download ready for when you go abroad.
Also I can't send SMS so SMSC number would be useful - that way maybe I can send an SMS to help set it up.
I googled as best I could and tried all the results I could find by when I try to browse I get [i]access denied[/i]
Obviously I have credit on the phone - 2500CFA. I'm stuck on a boat so finding an Orange shop (and queing up for hours as you seem to do in every phone shop in the world over) is out of the question.

It appears that with the correct APN settings, you should be able to browse to www.passorange.sn and buy a data plan. Looks like one day of unlimited data transfer is 2000CFA, and 3 hours is 1000.
That address does not work on the public internet, for what it's worth, but the info comes from Orange's site.
I can't verify it, but a Google search did turn up a not very reliable looking website with this SMSC listed for Orange Senegal: +221776380010
