Good source for PowerPoint templates?

I have to put together a PowerPoint presentation for an upcoming conference and am bored by the Microsoft templates. Can anyone recommend free/Creative Commons templates that look awesome and aren't seething with malware?

Hey there - there are a couple of semi-decent free templates at Stocklayouts and a lot more great ones available for purchase.

Sorry but that's all I've got...

Envato's GraphicRiver might be a good place to start.

Consider using Open Office Impress templates and saving the presentation in .ppt(x) format. The learning curve would not be a barrier and you might find something you like.

M62, a Visual Comms company, gives away some free templates for specific slides. It's not quite what you're looking for but might help.

Also: this is a great primer for inspiration: Steal this presentation.
