Kitty naming - brothers edition
June 8, 2013 10:20 PM   Subscribe

Our house was dangerously low on felines so today we adopted a pair of kitties. Yeah! They are sadly without names.

They are about a year old and are super-affectionate with us. They might not be brothers but they are a bonded pair. They are also destined to be huge; they are both tall and long. One is a gray, long haired cat. The other is a cream colored short hair. They are exceptionally elegant creatures - even for cats these dudes are classy.

Mefi nation, I ask you. What shall we call this duo of awesomeness? Names that work together are preferred.

We haven't had too many pairs that we've adopted over the years, however we usually have a common naming theme when we do. Our last duo is Hobie and Bodhi - since the names kinda suited them and also fit the Point Break movie theme... Also, we adopted them right on the heels of adding another kitten, Maile who was named after a character in Elvis' "Blue Hawaii"

I LOLed at DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince. Because that is awesome.

Poirot and Hastings appeals as well as Whistler and Wilde (which I would go with in a second).

Depending on your affiliations/level of ability of dealing with or enjoying peoples' bafflement:

-Bobby & Teddy (Kennedy)
-Edwin & John (Booth)
-Beau & Jeff (Bridges)
-Alec & any other Baldwin (if you go with Adam, even better, he's not really related!)
-Owen & Luke (Wilson)

Good luck! They are beautiful!
