How much would this market research / focus group cost?

Would like to spend an afternoon in NYC talking to 5-10 small business owners to get their opinion on some product ideas. I'd expect to do this in a facility which does this professionally who'd also (I assume) wrangle the subjects . I'm trying to get an idea of how much this would cost me.

here in CA, for 8 pre-screened people for 2-3 hours is approx 6K including payout to participants, and a report write-up. The participants at owner lever usually get $150/hour for showing up. There will be a facilitator, and usually a video/sound person and another observer behind the glass with you.

I've done this before and tallied about $5000 in my head.

I think the unknown here is how much the space is going to cost, and what you mean by "wrangle".
