There are a few Club Monaco stores in NYC; they sell really neat jewelry pieces within that price range (and awesome clothing, too).

I love the Clay Pot in Park Slope. A great collection of interesting jewelry of different styles and price ranges.

Love, Adorned has some very cool jewelry. If you go to Nolita and visit the store, you can also walk around a browse many other small unique jewelry shops close by.

I rely on Seasonal Whispers, and while they are not a jewelry store per se, Mongo has tons of cool stuff for gift giving.

Also check out some of the jewelry booths at the Brooklyn Flea on the weekends.
