401 K catch-up?

I know that I can still contribute to my IRA account for 2012; can I still make catch-up contributions to my 401K for last year?

Best answer: I'm afraid not. IRS Retirement Topics: Catch-Up Contributions:
Catch-up contributions must be made before the end of the plan year.
