Does this weird animated CGI music video description ring any bells?

I'm looking for a bizarre animated music video, possibly originating from Korea or Japan, which I've spent an hour googling fruitlessly.
It's a CGI very cartoony thing, I think it has two Japanese-animation-style figures on an island in a scenario that becomes increasingly depraved, featuring massive sexual organs spattering fluid everywhere, ending in gory fashion. It may have featured on Metafilter but I haven't found it. I think it dates from last year.
The music itself is fairly atmospheric pop, perhaps Flaming Lips-esque.
If it's just a weird dream I had, apologies!

Response by poster: No, it's not that, although that is an excellent suggestion (and video).
It's more CGI looking, multicoloured. Looks like a kids animation, but turns really gross!
