Is that me in the photograph?

Someone mentioned to my mother that a photo in this week's (2/22) edition of The Week magazine is likely me. The article is about people using computers and smartphones on airplanes and is called, I think, 'Please turn off your electronic devices' (p. 11).

I need to get a copy of the photo (electronic or hard copy, either is fine) and am in the middle of upstate NY with no access to a big newsstand where I'd normally head to find a copy.

I am not a subscriber, so I can't access the online version, and the article doesn't seem to exist in their free online content offerings, so I'm reaching out to the green for some help. Can you help me figure out if I'm the man in the picture?
