What was this music (Athens?) documentary?

My friend insists that she saw a documentary in which people were interviewed who lived in a house with Jeff Mangum. She thought that it was about the Elephant 6 Collective, but since we can't find any reference to that, she thinks that it might be about the Athens music scene. Do you know what it is?
Things she remembers:
-Grainy videos inside and outside of a giant house with peeling white paint
-A room in the house with strange instruments, like kids' toys
-A discussion about the Neutral Milk Hotel song Jesus Christ and of the Jittery Joe's performance
-Mention of the musicians moving to Colorado
She says that Jeff Mangum was not actually in the movie. She saw it between 2004 and 2011.

Response by poster: Should have said- we are aware of the rumors of a forthcoming documentary, but she is thinking of a documentary that has already been released, she thinks before 2011. She saw it on DVD.

Maybe Athens Burning, about the fire and rebuilding of the Georgia Theater?

Athens GA Inside/Out is way too old for Neutral Milk Hotel; it came out in the mid 1980s. It's an awesome movie anyway!

Rumors have abounded over the past decade or so concerning the production of myriad documentaries surrounding '90s indie collective Elephant 6, the loose group of musicians whose members comprised Neutral Milk Hotel, Apples in Stereo, Essex Green, Olivia Tremor Control, Circulatory System, Elf Power, Of Montreal, and a handful of other acts in and near Athens, Georgia. But now there's something to show for the chatter: a four-minute trailer, drudged up by You Ain't No Picasso from a Louisville, Kentucky-based Vimeo account calling itself "No Def."
Though the "rough" trailer was posted almost a year ago, it's only been viewed about 1,100 times (300 of those were just today). If these four minutes are anything to go by, someone special out there has a lot of crappy home video footage (including what looks like some from the collective's teen years, when they began playing together in Colorado) to show the world at some unspecified, mysterious future date (if ever), as well as awesomely nostalgic interviews with Elephant 6 founders Robert Schneider (of AiS), Bill Doss (of OTC, Sunshine Fix, and AiS) Will Cullen Hart (OTC, CS), and maybe, though he doesn't appear in the trailer below, the magical Jeff Mangum (of Neutral Milk Hotel, of course). No sign of Kevin Barnes, one of the most recently active members of the gang, but we're sure that'll come in trailer two, right? Also, vuvuzelas.
