Please name this song!

I'm trying to find this song. It is from 3'30" until 4'05". I can't make out the lyrics very well. Maybe 'Turn it up' or 'Turn me on'. I recognise it and it's driving me around the bend. Anyone? Thanks

To be clear, apparently the correct answer is "Divine - Shake it Up."
