Is the original Miles Davis version of "Miles Beyond " available on CD?

Is the original Miles Davis version of "Miles Beyond" by Marhavishu Orchestra available on CD?

I recently rediscovered Mahavishnu Orchestra's album Birds of Fire. One of my favorite tracks "Miles Beyond" apparently a Miles Davis cover.

I have searched the net but can't find any reference to the original version being available, and I would really love to here it.

Hmmm! It's not listed here (and they list 'not commercially available' tracks) which makes me think you aren't going to find it anywhere.

Ah! this is why:
Birds of Fire consisted solely of compositions by John McLaughlin. This includes the track "Miles Beyond (Miles Davis)", which McLaughlin dedicated to his former bandleader.
