Can you identify the character in this Comic Con 2012 cosplay photo?

It's the SECOND photo in this set. White hair, winged headpiece, etc.

If you know #8, I'd be into that, too.

#8 may be Charlize Theron's portrayal of Aeon Flux.

I thought #8 might be an Alice Abernathy from Resident Evil but now I am leaning towards Aeon Flux too.

I think #2 might be from a Final Fantasy type game but I don't know which one (not FF 7, 10, 10-2, 13 or 13-2). Not all cosplay is based on an actual show or game so it might be some custom design.

#2 reminds me of She-Ra, Princess of Power, but I think I am wrong, because the wand/staff thing doesn't make sense. It's hard to tell without seeing the whole costume.

Response by poster: I was thinking She-Ra, too, but her hair isn't white, and I don't think she ever had winged elbows.

If you don't get an answer here, ask on Cosplay in America's Facebook page. I'm pretty sure it's a specific Japanese or Korean videogame or anime character, but I can't remember which series.

#2 might not be anyone specific. I have attended a bunch on Cons, and have talked to lots of people dressed up in cosplay - and some of them are definitely mixing styles and ideas, and going with an original unique look. I think this might be the case here.

I also think #8 is Silhouette, but with the simpler outfit that was used in the comic, not the fancy one of the movie. Can't find a good scan of the comic one, darn.

It definitely looks like either Sailor Cosmos or Cosmos-inspired to me.

I was initially thinking She-Ra, but it's clearly not her. It's Sailor Cosmos, as hades points out.

#2 is definitely not Sailor Cosmos. I'm leaning towards an original costume or something from a video game, a little bit like a Tera priest or mystic for example (though I've never played so I don't know the character options). Guild Wars also has a winged staff.

For #8 I'd say Silhouette as well.
