What sort of music is "Empress March" from Beatmania IIDX16?

What genre of music would you say this song (SLYT, 0:28) is, and where can I find more like it?

The track in question is "Empress March", credited to DJ Yoshitaka.

This isn't anywhere near the sort of music I usually listen to, so I don't know how to even begin looking for moreā€”but I was recently exposed to it, and I love it to bits, and I can't just sit around listening to a twenty-eight second track on repeat all evening long. (I mean, I can, but...)

FOLLOW-UP QUESTION, ADVANCED DIFFICULTY: if you can identify the track as belonging to genre X, what would you say are the telltale markers of X?

I would have called it Happy Hardcore, but maybe Eurodance is better. I'm no specialist.

Best answer: The Japanese call it Eurobeat.

But yes, happy hardcore is also really similar.

Eurodance is a different thing, btw. Much slower.
