Ambient Wedding Playlist Help.

Looking for suggestions for folksy, acoustic love songs for our wedding reception.
We would like suggestions for appropriate recent music to play during cocktail hour and dinner at our wedding reception. Slightly cheesy is fine . Examples of songs already on the list:
Busby Marou "Biding My Time"
Regina Spektor "Real Love"
Eels "The Look You Give That Guy"( Not 100% appropriate but we just love that song)
A friend is covering the dance floor section of the night, but any failsafe dance music is also welcome.
(I have seen these previous questions, however they are mostly older music and more lounge than we are looking for)

Response by poster: Moira, relatively recent. Last ten years. We will be including older hits, but we pretty much have this covered.

Iron & Wine's cover of "Such Great Heights," or possibly "Love and Some Verses."
Full of sweet, but might be a little more upbeat and folksy than you're looking for: Retsin's "Dog and a Butterfly." (I couldn't find a link to the whole song.)
Mirah does a love song, but the last line says "happy birthday."

Best answer: This is a very fun question. Here's what I've got to suggest:
The Gambler by fun. I freaking love this song. It's sweet, silly, and sentimental, but it hits you right in the gut. Very much an "I'll be with you for the rest of my life" type of song.
Angel by Matt Nathanson.
Dance So Good by Wakey!Wakey!
Marry Me by Train.
Till Kingdom Come by Coldplay.
Love Love Love by The Mountain Goats. (Matt Nathanson also has a very good cover.)
Hold Nothing Back by Copeland. (May be a bit more somber than you're looking for.)

Magnetic Fields fan here. Seconding The Book Of Love and also It's Only Time.
Meant To Be by the Squirrel Nut Zippers is also excellent, though it's over 10 years old (1996) and quaint-old-jazzy rather than folky.

Not entirely acoustic, but it has a folksy vibe -- and is incredibly poignant for a wedding (I used it in mine as the first dance!). R.E.M., "You Are The Everything"
My taste runs toward the folksy, too. If I were making a mix for a wedding, I'd be including a lot of Horse Feathers, Iron and Wine, First Aid Kit, Damien Jurado, Dolorean, David Bazan, St. Vincent, The Sunparlour Players, Fleet Foxes, Shearwater, Low, Loch Lomond... There's been a lot of really good, recent, lovely folk songs to choose from! Congratulations.

I've been to a couple weddings where "Wagon Wheel" by Old Crow Medicine Show was played, and it went over well both times. It's a sweet little song.

Response by poster: You guys are awesome, please keep them coming. Finding a surprising amount of these searching through our shared libraries, which is a nice metaphor in itself.
(And right on our taste. We had asked my brother and my niece to perform Book of Love for the ceremony. Just need to convince my niece that the Magnetic Fields version is in fact the correct one)

Slightly jazzy, but Sarah Harmer's Open Window is a sweet acousiticy song we used for our wedding song. Mason Jenning's If You Ain't Got Love is quiet but very pretty.

If you're willing to play a little fast and loose with your definition of "recent," go directly to "A Kiss at the End of the Rainbow" from A Mighty Wind. Ms. Mintcake & I included it in our pre-ceremony music and apparently it melted a lot of our guests the same way it melts us, even without the context of the movie.
I also can't second "It's Only Time" hard enough. Sigh.

Best answer: It's short, but Tom Wait's I Want You is fantastic. (Not to be confused with Elvis Costello's which is good too, but creepy and not so good for a wedding.) Wait's Little Trip to Heaven is also charming and wonderful.

Lion Song - I think the commercial version you can buy on iTunes would be listed as "Brian Funck and Jason Harrod." Jason still does the song live, and here is a video - it sounds similar in the record version.
It may be a stretch to claim Jason as a personal friend, but friends of mine have sponsored him in house concerts, and he is phenomenal and everyone should run out and get his albums.
