Staying Dry But Not Too Dry!

Any recommendations for a good anti-perspirant that doesn't overdry skin?
Friend is looking for an anti-perspirant that reduces sweat but doesn't suck all the moisture away so that his skin becomes "grippy" and it's harder to move freely, if that makes any sense.

Best answer: Crystal deodorant is magic. I learned about it here on MetaFilter.

Has your tried this one? http://www.dove.us/Products/Deodorant/Solids/Dove-go-sleeveless-Nourished-Beauty-Deodorant.aspx
I can attest that it works, and has a somewhat slipperier feel than most other deodorants, due to the moisturizers.
