Is there an iPhone App that tracks ALL of the following aspects of health: Blood pressure, weight, Type II diabetes, exercise routines and calories (aka food consumption)? There's plenty of apps that track 2 or 3 of these things, but is there one that tracks ALL of them?

The only thing that MIGHT come close is an app called Trakr.

It's unique in that it allows you to set all parameters of what you're tracking. The above link should make that a bit clearer.

Well, the fitbit website will track your blood pressure, weight, exercise routines, number of steps, and food consumption (as well as sleep, glucose, mood) and you can even one custom tracker of your own devising, for free.

And they have an Iphone app, but it only allows you to add food, activity and weight.

Response by poster: A combination of the app Track3 and BP Mon works best. Track3 records diet, weight, calories (has a database of foods, plus you can add your own), carbs, exercise and glucose levels.

BP Mon does blood pressure, pulse and weight.
