Can you read this Korean text?

Can anyone read this Korean text? Trying to buy tickets on Jeju Air's English website but a dialog box pops up in Korean.

Screencap here.

I've entered all my details and hit "make payment"; it takes me to a processing screen, and then this pops up. When I click OK it takes me back to the previous page and it appears no payment has gone through. Argh. Thanks for any help!

For what it's worth, Google Translate does enough of a job with Korean that you can usually puzzle out the meaning.

Response by poster: That was my first thought, but I can't copy and paste the text.

Best answer: It says that your credit card couldn't be validated - transaction failed :(

Best answer: Err, rather, the credit card wasn't approved

Response by poster: Oh, snap! That is really weird, but at least I know what the problem is now--thanks much!

Yeah, call your credit card co. They may have flagged this as an unusual transaction, and will need to hear from you before it can go through.
