"Well ain't that sweeet!" Movie quote earworm help needed

Help me purge this movie quote earworm: "Well ain't that sweeet!"
This movie quote is going round and round in my head. I can hear the voice now: It's a low drawl. Very menacing. Not sure if it's the main villain, or just an evil henchman, but the point is, it's a pure threat.
The bad guy has seen something loving, maybe a child or a creature being loving, or a beloved wife or husband. He then says, "Well ain't that sweeet!" Can't remember if he then kills the sweet thing, or just threatens it to get the hero or heroin's attention. This would be in a movie or TV show episode that's either good enough or classic-bad enough to have been seen repeatedly, and so wormed itself deeply into my twisted brain. Please, for the love of something something, help me put this earworm to rest!
