Locating a Hanshin Tigers New Era Cap

How could I get a Hanshin Tigers New Era 59FIFTY hat in North America (Canada or US)?
I already have a Hanshin Tigers cap, that my father got from a trip to Japan. I love it, but my head is just too big for it.
Then I came across this link to a Hanshin Tigers hat, for sale from the team's Japanese site. Did a lot more digging, and would take either that hat, or the one New Era Japan has on their website here, with a standard HT logo.
I can't seem to find either shipping to North America, especially not in a 7 5/8. Can anyone out there help?
