Name That Eunuch

Seeking a name for a comedy castrato character in a Hogarthian project.

A band have asked me to participate in a project themed around Hogarth-- so, lots of Baroque filth. I would like to create the character of a down-on-his-luck operatic castrato. What stage name shall this character go by?

Castrati usually chose a single Italianate name (Farinelli, Caffariello, Senesino) referencing something about themselves.

Bonus points for comedy value. The bits that are already written are quite bawdy, so there's no need to keep it G-rated.
