Watching the Knicks in a post-MSG world

New York Knicks filter: With Time Warner cable no longer carrying MSG, what are my options for watching the Knicks play? Suggestions for good bars which carry Knick games on the Upper East Side of Manhattan are welcome, but also looking for any possibilities that will let me watch them at home. Thanks.

It's been a while since I've lived on the Upper East Side, but Dorrian's always used to show the Knicks. I don't know if they use Time Warner. 84th & 2nd.

Of course, if the place is anything like it was 10 or 20 years ago, it'll be full of drunken frat boys and the (barely pubescent) girls who love them. But beggars can't be choosers, etc.

Try Chanfeed or http://www.myp2p.pe/ when you are at home in a pinch. The quality and reliability aren't there on the Chanfeed broadcasts, but P2P works fine for me!

The NBA League Pass will let you stream games so long as they're not blacked out or a national game. May check their schedule and see how many Knicks games they'll be showing.

Response by poster: NBA League Pass blacks out games which are available locally, so pretty sure it won't work in this area. Turns out lots of bars in the neighborhood are able to show Knicks games. (Went to Gael Pub, but don't think I'd go back there. They were playing music the whole time and didn't even have closed captioning on.)
