Mefites! I got a fermentation crock for Xmas. Direct me to some great fermentation resources!
It is a lovely 5L crock. I have a copy of Wild Fermentation, which seems like a good starting point, but where should I go from there?
Please share your favourite books, blogs, recipes, youtube videos or miscellaneous other resources for fermentation!

Response by poster: Oh wow! Clearly my initial search was not thorough enough. Thanks!

Sauerkraut. After you've tasted homemade 'kraut, you'll never be satisfied with store-bought.
Did the stone weights come with your crock? If not, you're probably going to want them at some point.

Here's the book (and the website) that innoculated my own fermentation process: Sandor Katz's Wild Fermentation.

I also just received a copy of "Wild Fermentation" and haven't yet looked through it--does he mention the fermentation resources page of his website? The link to the Fermenters Club looks promising.
I'm on day 4 of Peter Reinhart's seed culture, in hopes of establishing a decent sourdough starter.
