Searching for Proxy in Doha for US Court Search

Need help with accessing a Pennsylvania court docket search from overseas. I'm in Doha, Qatar, and for some reason can't access this link here to search for court dockets in Pennsylvania - I can access the rest of the site though. I haven't been able to find a proxy IP that seems to work here, which seems like a possible solution... any suggestions on getting through?

I can access it from a US IP address but not from Dubai, so you're right that there's some regional issue. Maybe you could ask someone in the US to retrieve the documents for you?

It's not you. I use those sites frequently and they are down today.

It appears to be working for me, though without a docket number to search for I can't be sure that the search works.
