Clever name for a cat?

I'd like a clever name for a cat, preferably (well, definitely) related to Star Trek, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica or Dr. Who. The more obvious and nerdy the pun, the better. Other nerd shows are fine, too, but something even people who didn't watch those shows would get.

Star Trek: Horta, Tribble, Isis (only if it's a black cat and you look like Gary Seven)
Star Wars: Tauntaun, Sarlaac, Max Greebo, Rancor, Wedge

I came in to suggest Spot. You could also go with Lal, or Lore.

For Star Wars, I mean . . . R2 is pretty badass. You could get a 2nd cat and call it D2.

Wicket was the given name of the Ewok who first befriended Princess Leia.

Depending on the gender of the cat, you could do with one of The Doctor's companions -- Adric or Brigadier for the boys, or -- well, it's a long list for the girls. ...Becuase, well, the cat would be a companion, no?

Toaster. I so badly want a cat named Toaster.
Also, Pants. That way when the (fictional) cat is being annoyingly affectionate, character can say "get off me, Pants!" etc.
