What is "puke?"

What is this style of sunglasses called and where can I buy them?

I can only find one picture online that's close to what I mean (above), but they're often seen on Mod musicians and French New Wave characters and the like. What I like about them:

1) They are very mirrored
2) The plane of the lenses is totally flat, not curved at all
3) They have very simple lines with very little "chrome" around the lenses. I feel like I've seen some that are even more "all straight lines" that the picture of Belmondo.

Thanks!

one of the terms i think you might be looking for is "rimless" or "half rim". that means the frame doesn't go all the way around the lens.

Response by poster: Hmmm. I rather obsessively searched Etsy last night and could not find any I really liked. I am stumped.

drjimmy11, your name pops up in my "nearby users." Have you tried taking the photo to Hotel de Ville in Los Feliz? I've found them to be very knowledgable.

As you probably know, that's Jean-Paul Belmondo. Here's one photo of him wearing those shades and here's another. Here's Klaus Kinski wearing a very similar pair.

I believe they are vintage Dior, possibly 2150 frame.

They could also be old Ray Bans. They are reminiscent of Ray Ban 3186s or 3183s.
