Seattle-area technology-focused career counseling

I'm looking for Seattle-area technology-focused career counseling. Any recommendations?

I'm an experienced (10+ years) software developer/architect trying to decide what my next steps should be career-wise: should I go into management, should I get an MBA, should I stick with what I'm doing, should I go into business for myself, etc. I think I'd like to talk to somebody and get some advice and assistance talking through the possibilities. Given the situation, the person would need to be in the Seattle area and have experience with mid-level technology-specific career issues (eg, I don't want somebody who primarily works with liberal arts majors straight out of college).

Can anyone recommend somebody who fits the bill? I don't even know what kind of person I should be talking to, if I want a guidance counselor or a business mentor or (unlikely but possible) a recruiter. I realize I should be talking to my boss and other folks inside my current company, but I'd like somebody a little more objective, too.

Best answer: Curt Rosengren is fantastic. While he doesn't focus on high tech, he came out of that sector himself so I thought he 'got it' as far as understanding my different frustrations, etc. I don't know that he can recommend a specific direction, but maybe he can help you figure out what you want.
