Best T-shirt making company in London

Getting someone else to make me a custom T-shirt in London.
I know there are millions of shops and online business doing T-shirt making but I want a specific recommendation. I only want one or two so it isn't a question of best deal in bulk and I'm much more interested in quality than in price.
I want a good quality 100% T-shirt, ideally with a couple of different shapes to choose from. I want the company to be able to knock up the design for me on the basis of my brief (it won't be complicated but I've got no graphic talent). I want the design to last for as long as possible and look good for as long as possible (something far beyond the bog standard iron-on transfer I remember form my youth). Any suggestions?

I know someone who designs and sells his own shirts - he is @SCDSoundsystem on Twitter. Not sure if he takes custom orders, but he may be able to help if not.
