Simple LCD Video Monitor?

I'm looking for a simple LCD video monitor in the 10 to 15" range that takes S-Video or RCA input. It needs to have at least 640x480 resolution. I don't need an actual LCD TV with a tuner and sound. Just a video monitor. Any recommendations?

Not really a recommendation, but eBay is absolutely heaving with the things, if you haven't checked there already.

Because of economies of scale. you'll probably find the cheapest thing is that TV option. I'm seeing froogle items for as low as $280, whereas the only thing I can think of that fits your size requirements is a video production monitor, but that's nearly $7000, here's another dedicated display for $2000, ok.. I'm wrong, I just found this one for $500. I still think you'll get a better deal (if not a great image) just buying a TV. If you were willing to go smaller, you could get a monitor intended for car installation, I was looking at 8" models for $100, but I think that's about the biggest I could find.
