Online, Group, Photo Editing?

I have an image (I own it) that I want to post online for anyone to edit. Is there an online editing tool where someone can edit the image and then upload or save it right there for us to use? I get more specific inside....
Here's exactly what I want to do:
I have a logo banner on a website that is simple and has a few different color blocks. I'd love to have our readers be able to play around with different color schemes for that logo, submit their designs, and then upload for us to use. So they'd need to have very basic photo editing abilities - bucket tool, really - and a way to save the image right back to us, all online. Make sense? Possible?
