Where can I watch Tour de France coverage in Portland on July 2nd?
My friend and I are doing a bike tour from Portland to Oakland. We arrive in Portland on the evening of July 2nd - the same day the Tour de France starts. We would like to hang out somewhere (preferably a bar) where we can watch highlights from the first stage. Any ideas?
