help me figure out what song this is!

what song is this? synthpop-sounding, melodic and upbeat but slightly melancholic as well. from what i can remember of the chorus may have been something about "rosanna" (not TOTO!). more vague descriptors within...

i don't believe the song to be obscure by any measure, but i'm fairly certain it was from somewhere within the realm of "indie" music. from what little i can hear in my head, i feel like the intro may have had a similar feel to that of "digital love" by daft punk, but with a prettier chord progression and a less 'funky' feeling. i believe the instrumentation was mostly electronic. the only other lyric/vocal that comes to mind is something to the effect of "we're always chasing..." and something about "the two of us, the two of us", but i could be imagining those completely as those words just seem to fit what little i can remember of the vocal melody. as i mentioned, i feel like the word "rosanna" or something similar is sang and held in the chorus ("rosaaaaana..") but i have no idea if that is what he actually says.

sorry for how vague this all is -- naturally, this is driving me insane right now. thanks for any input!

Do you have any idea of what it *isn't*? Generally it sounds Postal Service related, but there's a bunch of those bands these days.

Best answer: 'walking on a dream' by empire of the sun. Lyrics are here.
