Anger Management for Kids?

Looking for books on anger management for kids, age 12ish.

A parent I work with has a kid who is aware that he has anger issues, and wants to control them, but doesn't know how. He also has fairly serious ADHD issues that the family is dealing with, but they're focusing on giving him tools for his anger right now. Does anyone have suggestions of resources for them?

Here are a few options that might be age-appropriate. The age is a little tricky, because he may be getting too old for material aimed at kids but a bit on the young side for material aimed at teens. So it may depend somewhat on his maturity level, but if it were me I'd err on the side of a book that skews older, as it may make the kid feel like he's being treated maturely and not being talked down to with a "book for kids".
