What shall I give?

What might you recommend I give away at a Farm Bill protest?
I like giving things away for free, and I also like protesting the National Farm Bill that supports large-scale farms to the detriment of small farmers.
What might you recommend that I give away? Something that is relatively cheep, small, and useful to those receiving is optimal. Also, something I can buy on Amazon and receive by Tuesday.
Much love
Note: this is not to be a discussion on the validity of protesting the National Farm Bill

Could you give us city mefites a breakdown on the farm bill with a post on the blue?

Print up copies of a recipe for something that's available at your local farmers market but not readily available at most supermarkets.
Connects the issue with consumers. More effective it's reasonably cheap, easy to fix and actually tastes good. (And of course, you need to make sure it actually is available.)
You can alter a more generic recipe so it calls for a variety that's available locally.
You can print up more than one recipe, so you're not giving everybody the same one.

Response by poster: Perhaps also relevant is the fact that the protest will be on the campus of a university, therefore meaning the recipients will be largely university students (and without their own garden).
Telstar, I will indeed attempt a breakdown on the farm bill with a post on the blue, but I won't be able to for a short while, I'm quite swamped at the moment.
Thanks for the suggestions thus far, I like them, and those seed bombs are really cool!
