Can anyone recommend a nonfiction book on management and leadership, targeted towards women in a technical, men-dominated field?

I'm asking this for a friend. Books that she is already aware of include:

"No One Path: Perspectives on Leadership from a Decade of Women in Technology Award Winners
http://www.womenintechnology.org/content.asp?contentid=1021

I also bought a book called "It's Not a Glass Ceiling, It's a Sticky Floor", but that's more about career development than leading in a male-dominated work environment.

This is a little different than what you described, but still might be useful for your friend - it's on negotiation skills: Women Don't Ask: The High Cost of Avoiding Negotiation and Positive Strategies for Change

Seconding Hardball for Women. I think it is useful for any workplace, really.

Although I hate the title, I found Play Like a Man, Win Like a Woman to have useful and relevant advice for me (female engineering manager working in teams that are 80-95% male).

Since leadership and management requires the capacity to communicate effectively to and with different cohorts, you might find Deborah Tannen's "You Just Don't Understand; Women and Men in Conversation" useful.
