Intensive driving tuition in Nottingham UK.

Daughter passed her theory driving test some time ago but failed the practical. Having had more tuition recently she has another practical test in a few weeks with the complication that her theory test runs out very shortly after. If she fails this practical test she will have to start again from the begining by retaking her theory again. Can anyone recommend a driving instructor in the Nottingham area who will be able to offer a short and intensive course to enable her to pass her practical?

As far as I'm aware after you pass your theory test you have 2 years to pass a practical test. After 2 years you have to retake the theory test before you can do another practical test.

Response by poster: She passed the theory twenty three months ago. Which is why getting hold of a good instructor is so pressing.

Just to point out the theory test isn't exactly taxing; you may find it less stressful just to retake it.

What's wrong with her current instructor?

With only a month remaining, she's best of just taking the theory test again when it expires or, as the main problem is probably confidence and practice rather than the manoeuvres, getting insured temporarily on someone's car.
