where to buy/rent bamboo scaffolding in hong kong?

I am in Hong Kong doing an art project, and I want to create room dividers out of bamboo scaffolding, like they have all over Hong Kong, with perhaps some kind of neutral colored tarp or muslin draped over it. This stuff is in piles all over HK - does anyone know how I can buy or rent some, and have someone build two wall dividers out of it, perhaps 3x4 meters each? I'm thinking it should be fairly quick, but I don't really know - do any of you know anything more about this process, or what the cost might be? (I don't have a big budget at all, probably no more than $100 or $150). If it seems too expensive, any alternative ideas?

Look around Lockhard Rd in Wan Chai around # 200_400. You should see some hardware/DIY shops that maybe able to help you. Or try the wood shops at the Sheung Wan end of Wellington Street.
