Looking for career website benchmark reports

Where can I find benchmark reports and general best practices about company career websites?

I'm looking for benchmarking reports / comparative reviews / recommendations on how to design a good career website for a company - what are companies normally doing, what's cutting edge, what works, what doesn't. There must be some reports or guides out there, but I can't seem to find them!

I would approach this through human resources and corporate recruiting sources rather than design; ERE.net and SHRM are probably some good places to start. It looks like social recruiting (i.e. using Facebook etc.) and linking it directly into the applicant tracking system (ATS) is the hot thing. Additionally, ATS companies like Taleo and iCIMs may have whitepapers on their sites that talk about using a career Web site as part of an integrated recruiting strategy.
