Optical illusion font?

Asking for my father: I would like to locate a TrueType font that reproduces the characters of this optical illusion watch.
When I go on vacation, I would like to be able to make a sign of a phone number and tell people "I can be reached at this number." Barring that, are there any other fonts that are similarly "tricky" or an optical illusion?

BTW, looks like it's an opentype font. Does it have to have to have to be truetype?

Response by poster: No, it doesn't have to be TrueType, just has to be usable under Windows.
