Ear candy for my diabetic ear shock (Song ID)

Please identify this song, prettypleasepleaseplease?

Simple question: Who does the music for this HTC Evo 4G commercial for Sprint? It's awesome, and several frustrated Youtube commenters also want to know.

NB: SoundHound and Shazam both failed to ID this for me.

If you don't have any luck here, I've found asking in the AdTunes forums can be helpful [I did a search and they haven't talked about this ad as near as I can tell].

Deep in the youtube comments, someone claims it was a one-off song done for the commercial by "Bethurum". The problem is the song isn't on his website and he/she doesn't even have a contact email listed, so there's no way to be sure if that information is accurate. However, the type of music is similar. At least that might give you a lead on more google searches.

Yeah, sounds like it was probably commissioned, or whatever, specifically for the commercial. If it wasn't Bethurum, it was probably staff at the ad firm or a different media music firm. Did you try finding out who made the ad?

Response by poster: I listened to the tracks on the Bethurum page, and (to my ears at least) they sound sufficiently dissimilar that I doubt it's Bethurum doing the music. I'm hoping that I can track this down by finding out who made the commercial... but I haven't the foggiest idea as to how I could do that. I do kind of know a guy who's pretty well-respected in advertising, so maybe I'll ask him if he knows- but I don't really know him that well. Any more ideas, hive mind?
