Online movie listings

Is there a reliable, region-specific, and, most importantly, FREE source for movie listings that can be incorporated into another website (i.e. RSS feed)?

It seems the only way to get movie listings is to leech it from a big site like Yahoo or IMDB (free, but unreliable) or pay someone like Cinema Source to provide them (reliable, but very expensive). Does such a source even exist, or is this all just a pipe dream?
