Why can't I get my Macbook to interface with my Roland piano?

I can't seem to get the MIDI to work on my keyboard/computer. Please hope me.

I recently bought a Roland RD-700. I want to interface it with my macbook so I can use it for quick notation and transcription in Finale, as well as be able to record myself playing via USB.

I downloaded this driver. I installed it and still my mac doesn't seem to recognize the Roland.

What settings am I missing here? Or is this not the driver I'm looking for? I feel like the problem must be something silly I'm just missing, but I'm stumped.

Relevant information:

Roland RD 700sx
Macbook, OSX 10.5.8
Finale 2009

Can the hive mind help me to get this working? Thank you all in advance!

Response by poster: Yeah, I see it in the audio/midi set-up, and when I test it, it seems to work. I can't seem to find where in Finale to change the midi setting.

I love my RD-700. Fantastic sound and feel.

Response by poster: Ok, I think I sort of have it working now. I hadn't set "receive midi sync" to the Roland. Duh me. Oh well. Thanks!
